This project began as a bold response to a challenge few were willing to face. The facility had decades of layered flooring—tile, glue-down carpet, marble—and aging restroom infrastructure that needed complete demolition. The client needed more than just a crew; they needed a team with grit, precision, and the ability to execute under pressure.
That’s where Advanced Flooring Removal’s Spec Ops Division stepped in. Known for tackling high-risk, high-complexity jobs, our team was brought in to strip the space down to its bones. We removed every trace of flooring, tore out restroom walls, stalls, and plumbing, and even took on the ceiling—reinforced with concrete mesh—something most crews wouldn’t touch.
